By purchasing any product or service from Feel Your Best Self (dba FYBS & Co), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.

2. Product Description

Feel Your Best Self offers both digital downloads and physical products.

3. Digital Product License and Usage Rights

What You Can Do:

  • Download and use digital products for your personal, non-commercial use

  • Print copies for your own personal use

What You Cannot Do:

  • Share, distribute, or resell digital downloads

  • Upload content to file-sharing websites or platforms outside of your organization

  • Modify, edit, or create derivative works from our digital content

  • Use digital content for commercial purposes without written permission

  • Claim ownership or authorship of our content

4. Physical Products Terms

Shipping and Delivery:

  • Physical products will be shipped to the address provided during checkout

  • Shipping times and costs vary by location and product type

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

Product Condition:

  • Physical products are sold as new unless otherwise specified

  • Inspect items upon receipt and report damages within 7 days

  • We are not responsible for damage after delivery

5. Intellectual Property

All products and their contents, including digital materials, physical product designs, branding, and packaging, are the intellectual property of Feel Your Best Self. All rights are reserved.

6. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Feel Your Best Self

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

  • Payment must be received before product fulfillment

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

7. Digital Download Access

  • Downloads must be completed within 90 days of purchase

  • You are responsible for saving and backing up downloaded files

  • We are not responsible for lost files due to technical issues

8. Return and Refund Policy

Digital Products: Due to their immediate accessibility, all digital product sales are final. No refunds will be provided except as required by law.

Physical Products:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item was defective

  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after receipt of returned item

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Defective Products: We will replace or refund defective products at no cost to you when reported within 7 days of receipt.

9. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Our products are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or replace professional medical advice. 

10. Limitation of Liability

Feel Your Best Self shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product. Your use of our products is at your own risk.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. We collect necessary personal information to process orders, ship products, and provide customer service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, shipping delays, or supply chain disruptions.
